I'm hating it too. I heard on the local news this past weekend that they want to increase the percentage of ethanol at our pumps. The hits just keep on comming!!

Ag Secretary is just doing his part to improve the economy.

More ethanol into the gastanks in our cars and trucks=destroyed engines=consumer has to buy a new car/truck=auto makers get back to profitability.

He's just trying to drive the price of corn up and finish screwing up world grain prices. They can't meet the demand now for corn. It's cheaper to import ethanol from Brazil, but wait, there's a huge tariff on it's import.

Another factor, there is a huge loss of engine efficiency when you go to E85, never mind that it screws with lots of fuel system parts.

Also of mention is the fact that ethanol does nothing positive for the emissions of our vehicles and actually reduces efficiency as ethanol produces less energy per gallon than gasoline. What a crock of ****.

It is always all about someone padding their pockets, not what is best for America.

You get less milieage with this crap, therefore you use more of it. That makes a LOT of sense....NOT!!!
