Help with Outboard Selection

Looking to buy a pair of new or used outboards for a Pursuit Center Console Cuddy 2670. The problem being it was a 2003 which normally comes with Yamaha 200 Hpdi which weight approx 430lbs give or take. Don't know whether or not to do 4 strokes or etec or yami 200 hpdi. Thanks for the input in advance.

If it was my boat,,,I wouldnt go with the extra weight or the hpdi's. I would go with the E-Tec's

I have been running an etec since april, about 100 hours and it has been great.

so I endorse the etec as well

FWIW, I think I'd go with E-Tec also.

FWIW, I think I'd go with E-Tec also.

i have over 1400 hours on mine and not one problem. i have a pair of 200 HO e-tecs
