175 Suzuki Thermostat?

I think I have a thermostat that is stuck open on one of my engines. I can't seem to locate the thing so I can check it. The "pee" stream is not what it was. I only have 360 hours on it, but it sure seems weak.

Any one know where it's located?

More likely it's the water pump or the pee hole is a little bit clogged.

I had two water pump kits already, so I installed them and no improvment...I also had new spark plugs, so I split the lower cover to amke it easier to do the bottom plug and I removed the hose adn inspected it for a possible clog.

So that is why my thought were a possible thermostat issue.

Yeah, it's the same one that's in my 140. That's about as cheap as you'll find them. This one might be a buck or two cheaper , after shipping.

You can test the thermostats in a pot of hot water with a thermometer. I've never know a thermostat to cause a weak water stream.
