La Diva Yacht Fire Riveria Beach

Happened a couple of weeks ago. Here is the story and my a picture from this weekend:

The yacht La Diva was completely destroyed in a fire Sunday morning at Rybovich Marina at 45th Street and Flagler Drive.

In 2008, the 104.35-foot-long vessel was owned by Cristina and Bill Kallop. It was last reported seen on Nov. 5, 2008 in Palm Beach by yachtspotter.com. The Italian built yacht, formerly called the Ivana and previously owned by Ivana Trump, was valued at $3,750,000 in 2005 according to www.superyachttimes.com.

William Kallop also owns and is restoring the former presidential yacht Honey Fitz.

Palm Beach Fire-Rescue offered mutual aid at the scene to the West Palm Beach Fire Department. Fire rescue crews continued to rotate through the site of the fire throughout the afternoon.
