Simple Green, I had a mold/mildew and leaf stain problem, tried this and it worked, wet, sprayed concentrate on the bad areas, put some in my boat wash bucket with the boat soap, it took all of it out. It did take several applications on several areas but it did work. I used plain Simple Green, I see there is a Marine version of it also, no idea what the difference is other than price, the word marine raises the price automatically.

I buy it at Home Depot by the Gallon - it's relatively inexpensive along with a spray bottle. I use it fully concentrated and I spray it over the entire deck, cushions etc. IMO it works better at cleaning stains on the deck and with less effort then Starbrite.

Home Depot is where I got mine, spray bottle and a gallon of concentrate.
