Some questions.

She's 13' wide, therefore needs a towing permit. Looks to be in the 22-24' length, which will be a hard sell. Appears she has an XR-6 Merc 150 or 200 on her, which should put her in the low 40s. Show us a WOT, trimmed under hardover...that will be interesting. Am I asking to much? NMMA requires us to do just the same.
