Was thinking about heading down the last week in June with the family. Wondering how/what the fishing is at that time. Is it worth it to bring offshore tackle? Any and all info is appreciated.

The Spanish are running nearshore, the kings are usually over the wrecks and the dolphin will get a little closer in, but may still be quite a run offshore. How far out do you like to go?

As far as needed. Have a 26' center console with twins and plenty of fuel. Any billfish,tuna, grouper, snapper, etc? WHere are the good spots? Thanks in advance

If it was me,,,I would go for the dolphin...........Have some fun on some light tackle,,,ya never know what might happen!
