How long would you expect a seat cover for the helm, cooler, bolsters and bow filler to last ?

The boat is stored in side when not being used and is mainly a fresh water boat.

For a 2 1/2 year old boat should i expect the manufacture to replace it? the seams are starting to fail and the vinyl is cracking real bad. I dont want to name the manufacture until they make a decision.

until the warranty expires, but not a minute longer.

So who is the manufacturer? You do not have to worry about starting a "pissing" contest on this forum, on this forum we will find out the facts, and try to get to the bottom of the problem. Also you will not be ridiculed for posting a problem with a "manufacturers" boat.

It should last more than 2 1/2 years, thats for sure.
