I have a Furuno GP 1610 CF fishfinder/chartplotter. My transducer doesn't hold the bottom above about 5 knots. The mounting bracket is shot. Can anyone suggest a replacement transom mounted or shoot through transducer for short $? The unit is old, came with my boat, so if I cant find something inexpensive I will likely replace the whole unit. I dont have a chart card for the chesapeake or mid-atlantic offshore if anyone has one to spare.
