I have a form letter I need to send to a list of 250 folks in an Excel spreadsheet.

Last time this was needed, I did it myself. The printing, folding, stuffing, stamping sucks!!!!

Any help is appreciated.

Companies that do work for non-profits is a plus.

Can it be sent like a folded mailing rather than in an envelope? If so you can save quite a bit of effort, just have them printed at kinko's or somewhere like that.

If this were just a normal mailing I would do that, but these are "Thank You" letters going out to all the Donors and Volunteers that helped make MAD 4 a big success.
