Cool little cat, How long is it? And how old?

Passman :605_thumbs_up:

she's a 2001 hull 18' twin 70 hp evinrudes.

I just got back from nags head cut her teeth on oregon inlet on Sunday. had a great time. fished offshore the first day had a motor problem went to come in & the port engine wouldn't start sounded like the starter went. she will plane on a single engine & run 14 or so mph. ended up being a ruff ride beck in due to weather & only one engine. ordered the starter Monday morning due in the Tuesday morning. so we fished from the beach at the bridge on Monday caught black drum flounder & sheephead. Tuesday got up went out to take the old starter off & what did I find. 2 loose bolts & the starter was sitting at a slight angle. tightened the bolts & it fired right up I had tried to jump start it on the way in & I'm thinking the starter had the motor locked up since it would not disengage by itself. I'm actually going to try jump starting it on my next outing. well Tuesday my daughter went with me we fished the bridge for sheephead (had a ball) then drifted out of the inlet & caught a ton of undersized flounder. so after a few drifts we headed out of the inlet & did some drifts for sharks. one bite a small shark. so we headed in around 5:30. Wednesday I took the wife & her girl friend out we fished around the pier for sheep head caught some small ones. drifted the in side of the bridge caught lizard fish then the wife started turning green so we headed back in. Thursday & Friday spent some time with the family.

all in all it was a great trip to try the boat out used 10 gallons per motor for 3 days of fishing. I did fill up after the offshore trip used boat ran great it was wet in a crossing sea. normally I would run with it then run the shoreline but on 1 motor I wasnt going to go any farther than I had to so the straightest line to the inlet was the route I took.

boat cruses in the 30's on 2 motors planes on 1 at 14 mph. now i have to do some playing with the props to get her just right.
