Pay close attention to the time of day showing in the upper right of the video; there seems to have been some "selective editing" done to that particular clip; over a full minute missing between the time he uses the radio and the time he tased her. I'd like to see the ENTIRE tape before drawing any firm conclusions.

I saw enough to conclude she asked for it...being a "72 year old woman" (how many times didja hear that in the tape) doesn't absolve you of speeding and being an obnoxious @$$hole... she called 'em all LIARS til she saw the video...then she shut up and sat down..... ya think??...

I only saw a little bit of it and I wanted to taser her myself. You can only imagine how she acted in the rest of the tape we didn't see.
