Link and Sync for Yamaha F115 in RI

Anyone in RI area have the YDS (sofware and cable) that they rent out, or anyone willing to help defray my costs for buying one?

I need to do a link and sync on my F115, but not sure I can justify the cost (although it will probably pay for itself). I cleaned the VST tank and replaced the screen last year, and boat doesn't idle as well since then. I don't want to wait in line at the local dealers.
