The green cloth is an accessory is to keep the important parts protected when not in use. The bow make it easy to remove in a hurry.

seriously that is a double breasted, bed thrasher, looks like it might be equipped with smoooth drags (will need more pictures to find out). If used within a group, they are primarily used for a distraction type bait, teasers and such, when using a bait and switch approach. You can use them by themselves for any type of fishing yet the maintenance is unbelivable.
