I received my warranty replacement outriggers today. Mike in warranty was great and shipped out the new ones in less than a week. These are even the new and improved and included 30$ in stainless hardware.

Kudos on the customer service. It looks like you've got the sport slam mounts. Bought a pair in early 2006, went thru 3 pair before they finally realized there was a design flaw. Sent me the new design last year with straight pin instead of tapered, no more problem with mounts swiveling on their own. You'll be happy.
