  1. I don't defend the management, by "them", I assume that's who/what you mean. I defend the product and the people who built them...

The management? They can all kiss my ass.

    That would be refreshing...

Oh PBR, BTW, any boat company that vacates a plant? Trust me bud, it's not going to be sold soon. EPA soil samples will ensure that...1925_.gif]

    I've never worked for Scout...

    Oh shit, MBR=FishFactory...

    Sup, Doug?

So why isn't MBR contributing to the boating forum? I am curious...

Maybe MBR doesn't have yer ability to add so much value to boating threads?

  2. I'm lost on some of dis...

Also was told the fuel tank is poly plastic and it is aluminum and the sending unit plate and screws are corroded. the boat was not setup on the trailer as well the bunks were 4 inches aft of the trim tabs with the boat fully on the trailer which could have destroyed them even though it automatically trims to up when you shut the motor off.

Plastic fuel tank is a cheap substitute for aluminum, btw, plastic tanks always emit fuel fumes. Never know

if the fumes are a leaking tank or "acceptable leakage"

Why not spray sum corrosion inhibitor on all screws, bolts and motor powerhead ?

finally, did Sailfish supply the trailer ?

  3. Porline pulled outta Florida, screwed their very loyal workforce.

Florida Sportsman forum reports that Porline left their site heavily

polluted, who knows for sure. Then they move to Washington NC

and go belly up. Their very vocal management couldn't mouth

enough how Porline was gonna move all der employees to

Washington to build Porlines, "side by side with Fountains"

    What a crock.

Thank goodness, they failed before they had a

chance to destroy the Fountain name as they did Donzi.

Let's hope de ex-employees of Porline find plenty of fulfilling work, soon.
