Hey Wiley, How's the software upgrade going ? I am a member on a totally different site (not boating related) that uses the same software but the newer version and it's pretty awesome.

I'll bet the ranch yer right !!!
-
At her very small stature I betcha she would fit into a 883 Hugger perfectly.
-
Nice setup. Freshwater only. Submerging a trailer in saltwater is bad enough on just the trailer let alone the rear drive train on a rig like that. Unless of course money is of absolutely no issue whatsoever.
-
Well we never did hear back from ya. anyways how much fuel does your boat hold?
-
Did he ever make it in ?

Damn if I were the capt of that boat it be goin nowhere and she'd be the wheel I'd be behind

Found a Sears 3 1/2 HP outboard motor in the dump when I was 10 years old and mounted it on the transom of an old sailboat hull. If a kid did that now days you'd have child services take him away. LOL
-
If it's algea he's probably in fresh water since if he were leaving it in salt water he'd have all sorts of marine growth including barnacles growing up on the bottom real fast. Seattle cooler waters maybe not so fast but still will grow more than algea in cool salt water.

Could have been much worse. That pair of Costa's could've flown overboard.

I still stand firm on Trewax. My vehicles look great too with it. I also started washing my vehicles with Boatzoap. The wax holds up real well. Someone told me recently my truck looked great and I said it was dirty. LOL

Jes remember those (2) 4 strokes are going to weight more than those 2 strokes.

Good point David. A friend of mine served on a chopper and he told me a story one day they polished up the blades real nice with wax. Looked great but when they fired up the chopper the couldn't develop enough lift to get er off the ground. They had to strip the wax off the blades.

Don't do anything more than just think about it. Look for a used Scout or a Parker

never used an airless but HD used to sell a Porter-Cable top feed HVLP gun for about $100. The Binks 2001 is an old work horse too but not HVLP. You'll have to cut the latex with distilled water maybe upto 20% to get it to spraying consistency. remember to coat all the parts of the gun (needle, nozzle, etc.) with CRC or 6-56 after you break it down and clean the latex out or it'll rust on yer.

Go for an Edgewater or someother unsinkable boat and make sure you got all the safety gear, PLB, EPIRB, 2 vhf radios and a portable vhf with good batteries, fresh drinking water, rated life jackets, strobes, signaling devices, pleanty of anchor rode for the depth you;ll be in, sufficient anchor chain, anchor etc. You can even go so as to bring along a water desalinator (reverse osmosis). Have a ditch kit ready too. Pick yer days and keep on top of the weather. I've been waaaaaaaaaaaaay offshore 40+ miles in small boats (under 21') and brought back more "nice" fish on those boats and burned a helluva lot gas. Just remember yer outta yer element so pay attention to the weather. And don't worry bout the looks yer get from guys in those big sporties. They're men jes like you. Only paying a lot more to be there and prolly not catchin half the fish. No joke.

Students Told To Stop Chanting "USA"
in Boating and Fishing Discussion
Posted
Camarillo High School principal Glenn Lipman told the Ventura County Star that the students were told to remove the bandanas as a “precaution” – because the two schools have “diverse student bodies.”
But I thought diversity was a good thing
Maybe Joe Mc 44 can explain this
