Anyone have any additional color on Venture's new guy Larry and/or their strategy?

What do you mean "color"?

Larry is a great guy and will do a great job at the helm, so to speak. They have redesigned the 23 Bay boat and have refined the 34 and 39. They plan on bringing out a 45 walkaround and have the drawings for a 31.

I had the opportunity to take a long look at this boat yesterday and the pics don't do it justice. The boat is absolutely awsome. The quality of the glass work and design is impressive. Pretty much everything on the boat is hand crafted, rather than from a mold.

The helm/bridge area is more spacious than it appears in the pics and the cabin is roomy enough to sleep 4 if necessary. There is a tremendous amount of strorage.

If I were building one, there are a couple things that I would change, and since the boat is essentially custom, could easily do so. If you are in the market for this type of boat, you should definitely check it out.
