I`m with you there. I don`t go near the ramps on the weekends with my boat this time of year. I fortunately can go fishing or boating thru the week when everybody else is at work. I leave the weekends for the crazies. I do go to the ramp on weekends on occasion just to watch the free entertainment.

People who pull up right next to you when there is two miles of open beach or water in every direction. This is true whether it be fishing or just beaching. If I had wanted crowds I would gone to the mall or planned a party.
Thats what gets me. I`m with you on that one. My wife and I love Port St. Joe because of all the open stretch of beaches. You can pull up and feel like your in the middle of nowhere UNTIL - the A-HOLE with his stereo blasting pulls up 20 ft away drops anchor and then he and his girl walk off down the beach. Did I ask for a concert? HELL NO

I did the same thing. I saw my boat online and when I was satisfied with what I saw, I then booked a flight, seatrailed and made the deal.
