    Yes , bleed the system. The oil is so light [ In color and weight ] if is leaking while running you wont see it. Remove the filler cap at the helm 1st and see if it is low.

    My cousin built a ramp that goes into the water next to his dock that is " The dingy Ramp " it works well for Kayaks, skiffs and dogs. Just drive up on it part way , get out and pull the skiff up , High and Dry. for the heavier skiffs he has a hand cranked wench mounted to the dock so can wench if need be .
