Traffic was much better than last two years combined. We brought three boats insted of 16 three years ago. Sunday afternoon I counted 24 people on our 38 SKA boat. That oriental guy took a million pics of our boats, guess it is a good thing they were in the water.

x2 on the people, no airs just people having fun. It is great. See ya'll in Miami.

I heard they capsized, luckily him and his dog are ok. He will be the featured guest at the Power Squadron class next week.

It may not be your plotter it may be your fishfinder. Do you know how to use A scope? The fishfinder when it is in regular mode gives you only historical data, A scope give you real time.
There is a therory about fisherman too. Head out and you see a guy fishing. So you figure he must be there for a reason and run over to his location. Then the next guy comes out and thinks WOW must be something because two boats are fishing there. And on and on.
I fish in the GOM and alot of are spots are very small. People are always coming close to us to "steal"our cordinates by using the MOB when they get close. If I see this in time, I will leave the spot and fake drift someways away.
Good luck, once you get dialed in you will feel it was worth the effort.

Alot of would be visitor's are not coming to SW FLA in fear the oil will show up down here. We can point fingers later, after the leak is stopped and clean up is effective.
X2 on the sad part

If you join the s.k.a. and get a nav tracker you will save alot of $$. Just make sure your INS company knows this information.

When I teach docking i just use a fender w/o line or sinker this way you will never foul your prop. Also think in terms of arcs, not Noah but broad circles.

I need at least one too in Fort Myers Florida, sooner than later

We had over 2,000 people in the Fountain display which was a little light but better than last year.We sold the new and improved 38 fishboat that was the star of our show. Alot of appts were canceled due to flights being cancelled. We also contacted two new Cigarettes and that AMG Boat is amazing!
