About Me
For the past 20 summers JoAnn and I have commercial, sport, and charter fished the East Cape and Islands out of Harwich Port, Ma. Prior to that we fished the offshore waters south of Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Block Island, and Montauk out of Pt. Judith, R.I. I have been a lifelong resident of Rhode Island leaving only for a tour of duty as a U.S. Army officer during the Vietnam period after graduation from the University of Rhode Island.
