I was in a class action lawsuit w approx 600 people about 12 yrs ago.
We were at an outdoor festival and one of the food vendors didn't cook the chicken in the chicken fajitas enough.
My wife and I both had to go to the hospital, but were not admitted.
It took over a year to settle.
We were compensated for the time we missed from work and any out of pocket expenses. I was out 2 days, my wife 3 days. I think there was a VERY small amount added for pain and suffering.
I'm sure the lawyers cleaned up financially
I still wish I had skipped the fajita that wasn't very good anyway.
I no longer eat food cooked at these events

I took my E Tec to an authorized dealer for the 3 yr 300 hour service. Motor had 316 hours on it.
I asked the guy in advance what it would cost. He wasn't sure but thought 350-400 as a guess. I didn't get anything in writing.
Work performed:
Run report, upgrade and test run.
Install new water pump, change oil and filters.
Replacre plugs, fuel filter, oil filter, thermostat, and zincs.
Greased power steering
Cost
Labor $658.00
Parts $316.85
Add'l $13.00
Environmental charges $14.62
Tax $24.11
Total $1026.58
has anyone else had the 3 yr service on a V 6 E Tec?
Labor seems way too high in my opinion, but I have nothing to comapare it to.
I don't mind paying, but not if I'm being over charged
thoughts/experience?
Thanks
