    I did finally find your blog awhile back. I was showing all your pictures to my wife to try to talk her into moving down there but it wasn't happening.

    I have the Makita 9227. It is awesome and great quality. It was a little expensive but it is worth it in my opinion. Comes with a kit with bag, machine, pads. Check it out.

    Might be a stupid question but bear with me. Are these only for outboards or do they have models for I/O's? Mine isn't all that bad but I'd like to update to something new and smoother. I've got a Volvo penta 1994. Thanks
