Looking for some input from you guys!

How is the leaning post & T-Top bolted ? Can They be removed easy ?

McKee Craft boats have a .09" aluminum backing plate system bonded into the deck for mounting the T Top znd leaning post. The legs of both the leaning post and T Top are attached with stainless steel screws to the deck, and there are 2 brackets on either side of the console with 2 stainless steel thru bolted. You probably could remove both in an hour.

Looks nice did you add an after market T-Top & leaning post? How fast with the T-TOP & without the T-TOP ? What prop are you using ?

Yep, I did a the t top and leaning post. I'm not sure of the prop off the top of my head. She will run in the upper 40's (46 or 47 on the gps) with the t top

  5. Last summer we came upon a really large school of baitfish all balled up just outside Sebastian Inlet on an outgoing tide, there were probably 15 boats surronding it and the bluefish and jacks were tearing it up from underneath and the birds were working the top. It had to be 30-40 ft across and the water looked like it was boiling. The ball moved from the mouth of the inlet to the north jetty, then close to the breakers and then back out to 40 ft of water on a meandering path heading north. It was a fun hour, we didn't land anything but had some really long runs on 15lb test spinning gear on a couple of the jacks.

  6. Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing

    -- absolutely nothing --

half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.

A ship is safe in harbor, but that is not what a ship is for.

He that will not sail till all dangers are over must never put to sea.

The sea finds out everything you did wrong.

When I forget how talented God is, I look to the sea.

If a man is to be obsessed by something,

I suppose a boat is as good as anything, perhaps a bit better than most.

No one likes an ugly boat, however cheap or fast.

Even now; with a thousand little voyages notched in my belt.

I still feel a memorial chill on casting off.

One day by the sea is worth a month in the city.

I wanted freedom, open air, adventure. I found it on the sea.

It's out there at sea that you are really yourself.

Time spent on the water is not deducted from one's lifespan.
