Probably. Or at least it's not likely to get worse. I have this product myself and am happy with it. It has been discussed several times on "another forum" and most users are happy with it. Assuming your antenna is properly tuned and mounted, the most significant thing you can do to improve performance is increase the height. Get a longer antenna or mount it higher. If that doesn't help then you should talk with a technician who can verify your installation is correct. They can also make sure there is nothing to interfere with your gear. That's all I think I know about that! Good luck!

Look on the bright side... ... ... Ok. Look on the less dim side. You've got it to prove you're cleared in case you ever blunder into an Instant Restricted Zone (my made up term). Also, if you ever need to run into a port where TWIC is more applicable you are cleared for that too. Good luck!
