  1. fished 3/31 offshore of 226 hole.raised 3 bills and i caught my 1st blue-about 150lbs-released.also boated 4 nice dolphin.

other reports were scattered wahoo and dolphin and numerous blackfin tuna caught at the georgetown hole.

sunday is looking good for another trip.

Congratulations Bad Habit! Your first Blue Marlin! Man in the Blue Suit... Hell yeah... Cheers :1992_beer_cheer:

  2. Woods can be pretty rude. I didn't like the way he practice-putted on 16 while Hair was putting. Plus, he seemed to crowd Hair on the tee box several times. You can call it games-man-ship or whatever. Golf is supposed to be a gentlemen's game. Gentlemen don't stoop to sorry tactics in the name of a win.

Having said that, Woods is the best shot-maker ever to play the game.

  3. Great question 25. When I first saw the topic, I thought the thread was about towing a 13 foot boat. I ain't the smartest guy in the bunch, by the way. I hope somebody will post an answer for ya.

i just wish all the bridges/trees/lines were high enough not to break my dang antenna that i leave up a couple of times a year.... :753_hammer_hitting_head:

  4. Wiley there is a state in between Florida and the Carolinas. If I had my drivers license out I could figure out what it is. :504_shrugging:

Some of those guys might have boats and maybe even fish. Just a thought. :239_fishing:

    Hey Stcat,

I just go to the Carolinas area on here. HotSpot is a good host there, and nobody has picked on me yet for being from Georgia... :)

  5. Hey trrooster :1992_beer_cheer:

I vote for the move, wmalloy. I am guessing this format will be easier for you to post stuff on, and I know you suffered a little over there posting updates on the standings. Why not take a little stress and strain out of your life? We are supposed to be having fun, right?

As folks like to say, its just my two cents worth...

  6. Put me down for the ol' cheap lead-acid Walmart batteries. I typically get three years out of a set. I don't pound my boat in rough water, so the lead acid plates seem to hold up fine. I can get to them when it's watering time, so thats not an issue for me. (HotSpot would not have that problem if he would make trollnheel do the maintenance :) )

Never heard a bad thing about the AGM batteries from anybody, by the way. I just don't think I need them.

I might add that I have REALLY OLD motors, and they do not seem to require alot of battery punch to start, and my trolling motor doesn't seem to care either.
