  1. You cant go rong with Garmin................
  2. I hope Mark Martin gets it! He will start on the poll...........
  3. I use the same hook thats in the DOA shrimp on my Gulp shrimp. The barbs on the shank hold good. Have you ever used the "Old BaySide float? Its the one with the Titanium wire.
  4. We put two of them down on in line planers and run Islanders/Trackers on the top with ballyhoo
  5. Good post Scott. Another way you can fish that is to use a DOA shrimp, or a Gulp shrimp.
  6. Ill tell ya what,,,,Its hard to beat a Chartreuse Drone spoon. Ive caught more Kings on a spoon than any other lure made...........
  7. Your right Larry (Better advice would be to disconnect the vent hose from the tank fitting, and blow it in the opposite direction) But most of the time ya cant get to it, ya know.
  8. If there is any trash or water in the vent line you will blow it in the tank if you blow in the vent hose. Blow in the intake filler hose that goes to the tank and try to push it out that way. If you can get to it, remove the vent hose from the side of the boat before you try to blow the trash out. (If that's whats wrong with it) Have you changed the gas station that you go to? I have seen it where if the grade of the ground (Angle)it could stop it from going in the tank. My Sea-Pro does it
  9. Ive got 480 of these 8/0 hooks that I need to get rid of. This is the most commonly used trolling hook we use here in Charleston,SC for Kings, Dolphin, and Tuna. Works great with small and medium ballyhoo. Ill take 95.00 dollars for all of them. That's about 20 cents each. Mustad 3407 DT 8/0
  10. Thanks Tim,,,,,I have won a couple of offshore tournaments here in the area,,But I have never seen one of those used here by any of the other anglers...............
  11. You ever fish with live bait Tim? (Slow troll for Kings?)
  12. PLEASE, DON'T USE THESE STAMPS! NOT FOR VALENTINE'S, NOT FOR ANY MAIL!! USPS 44-Cent Stamp Celebrates Muslim holidays Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha . If there is only ONE thing you forward today... let it be this! REMEMBER to adamantly & vocally BOYCOTT this stamp, when you are purchasing your stamps at the post office. All you have to say is "No thank you, I do not want that Muslim Stamp on my letters!" To use this stamp would be a slap in the face to all those AMERICANS who died at the hands of those whom this stamp honors. REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of Pan Am Flight 103! REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993! REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of the Marine Barracks in Lebanon ! REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of the Military Barracks in Saudi Arabia ! REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of the American Embassies in Africa ! REMEMBER the MUSLIM bombing of the USS COLE! REMEMBER the MUSLIM attack on 9/11/2001 ! REMEMBER all the AMERICAN lives that were lost in those vicious MUSLIM attacks! Pass this along to every Patriotic American that you know and get the word out! Honor the United States of America !
  13. If Im in the mood,,,Ill send them back all kind of crazy information
  14. Should be some stripers and small tuna out there. I wouldn't take a chance with the bluefin,,I dont think you have 80's or 130's for those. Check with the local tackle shops when you get there, or call ahead and find out whats going on.
  15. Just to let you know,,,,I already have your link on my site. Been there for a while now. Ill post every trip I can. Pearl Diver had a good idea with the Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific? With sub categories for inshore, nearshore and offshore.
  16. DO NOT use products made for "Fiberglass" repair. Polyester products like fiberglass resin WILL NOT! adhere to SMC (Sheet Molded Compound). That's what your cover is made of. This is what you need for small repairs. Grind the inside and the outside of the cowling then apply. You mix it up and spread it just like working with Bondo. Here is the link to it. http://www.tptools.com/pl/Images,me-870-autobody-filler_L,234,3023_Evercoat-Vette-Panel-AdhesiveandFillerâ„¢.html You will also need this before you apply your filler primer. http://www.sherwin-automotive.com/products/show_product.cfm?product=UPO7226 . Epoxy and matting was used on the inside of this repair.
  17. Charleston,SC ICW north of Charleston Harbor. Water temp 43-44 degrees Last part of outgoing low tide ,Partly cloudy, Air temp low 60's to high 50's. We found the fish at the first area we went to. Looked to be a school of about 100 fish. Most of the fish were over the 23" slot, with about 10 fish being caught in three hours. Bait was Berkley Gulp Alive, in the crab and shrimp pattern. Tackle was, (Reel) Penn Conquer CQR2000 (Rod) Shakespeare Agility ASP 6086 2-M Medium action 8'6" (Line) SpiderWire Invisi-Braid 10lb. The second location that we went too held plenty of fish, but the bite turned off after the tide changed... Did not see any dead trout, but did see two dead pelicans.
  18. I get a lot of people that come from Atlanta to fish. They even drive back the same day...
