Took a group fishing fri- with all this wind. found a reef behind the Island with 3.2 feet of water and plenty oyster shells. Picked up a few specks before wind picked up. went into the back ponds and caught two 25 inch reds. Just enough fish ro feed the crew. It's tough out there with this wind.

Over here we are in a tornado watch. Nasty winds and heavy rain

Tried to fish over here Sat but the water looked like choc milk! Another few inches of rain this morning so I know it will be awhile before the water clears up.

Looking to go out this weekend, I will try a scout trip on Wed. The wind is supposed to slow down alittle.

Well things are better this week. caught 20 specks on a point near the Basa Basa area and then limit of reds near the Indian Graveyard. Looks like this summer will be good as the shrimp are plentiful in the duck ponds north of GI.
