HURRICANE IRENE

Recommended Posts

I found an excuse to visit a customer in Salisbury MD yesterday. While there I drove the extra 40 miles to our place near Chincoteague, prepared as best I could, hooked to the boat trailer and yanked her home. We arrived back home at 1 am. There was a steady line of traffic, including lots of camper trailers and boats heading up route 50.

Vermont got it real bad from flood waters. Others up that way also have a lot of flood damage, towns under water, roads are gone, the floods are as bad or worse that hurricane damage from winds. There are a lot of people that made out good and many more that have lost everything with no chance of recovery.
