What, no color-coordinated screen cover for the Garmin? Low-class all the way! [just kidding]

Man, you guys should have seen all the goombahs and their floating peckers in the Keys this weekend. The Key West boat races were in town and they were blasting all over the place up as far as Islamorada where about 30 of them gathered @ Holiday Isle with the Enviro-cops hanging in the channel until they left. Silly, but sure does look fun...

I've worked a few Events with the go-fast crowd and where you do have a few stereotypes for the most part the people were actually pretty cool to be around.

Its a lot of fun, comraderie, knowing that your going to catch up with friends that you see once or twice a year for a few days and go over good times. The girls go shopping and the guys check out the hotties at the bar.... Even The long run from Miami to KW is just a blast, especially running with other boats..lunch stops are fun, and everyone gets along...no different than a fishing tourny after done and we go to the banquet...its all what you make of it, and how you act..these guys are no different than ya'll, just the price of the boats and maint. are unfortunatly twice as much...that part sucks, but ya gotta pay for speed.. Bottom line, Being on the water in any boat is better than staying home.
