Daylight Savings Time

Anyone actually see any benefit to Daylight Savings Time?

Sure, it's great when you have kids who can enjoy and extra hour or so in the Summer but IMO I think 7pm should look like 7pm all year long.

It does give those with a boating "season" some extra time as well I guess.

Maybe I'm jaded?

Even though I work from home, I work relatively fixed hours. I always get energized by the extra light after I knock off work up here at latitude 39 degrees, 13 minutes.

Gee, I always thought the idea of daylight savings time WAS to have 7:00 PM look like 7:00 PM...!

For me, I appreciate this time of year when I can stay out and about with the daylight a little longer....

I love DST and always look forward to getting that extra hour on the water to catch the BIG ones. For me, it seems like I always do better fishing in the late afternoon/early evening than in the early morning anyway...

I just wish it never went away... I don't need morning daylight as much as evening light helps. I love daylight savings, but I don't like remembering all of the clocks I need to change.

if your a farmer it is worth it,,,other than that,,,no need,,EXCEPT FOR MORE TIME!!!

I hate the adjustment from and to but, all things being equal, I prefer DST to non-DST. I can eat dinner and still have light to goof around outside.

Wish they would just leave it alone, now I'm a hour late every where....

Just pick a time and stay with it.
