It was an empty feeling not having him here to greet me this morning. We had a daily routine.

sorry for your loss. i had 2 yellows, mom and pup (hes 13 now). let mom go 2 years ago, its real hard. i got through by thinking she had a nice long run and remembering the places we went. they really do take a big role in your life...

Sorry to hear about your buddy Wiley. I have had to put a couple of dogs and cats down over the years and its never easy.

And I know how those dogs are, my father has a yellow lab and hes a sweetheart.

Wiley, sorry to hear the sad news. Like many of us, I experienced the same feeling when I had to put down my good buddy Charlie seven years ago. Even now, not a day goes by that I don't think of him at least once. Ya know, the saying that time heals all wounds is probably true but a scar usually remains forever to remind us of the pain and the joy. Best wishes.

I had to put my ol' girl--a black lab mix--down about a year and a half ago. I miss her every day.

RIP Beachnut and sorry for your loss Wiley. I lost my dog of 14 years earlier this year and I still miss her.
