we sold our boat recently...the money has been in our account for 2 weeks and the boat is still sitting in our yard...

Thought I had a deal all worked out

The sellor came back and said that he now wants $15K more than what he had verbally agreed to

I walked away from the boat

Will wait till this fall before looking again . . . want to enjoy this summer without looking for a boat

I wouldn't give him the time of day. If he approaches you again, agreeing to the last offer, tell him no, and offer him 15K LESS.
