Try D&L Waterless Handcleaner.....I think it is now owned by Permatex...Get it at any autoparts store....It will prob get the oils out, then you can get it out with plain old water...takes off paint etc... Great stuff...I used it to get sun screen stains off the couch at my rental beachhouse, worked like a charm.
