  1. In my boat what you are calling the drain at the back of the boat, is actually the inflow. Unless you have another way for water to enter the boat, this is your inflow and not a drain, though it might actually be both.
  2. The right rig depends upon the fish being sought for catch, and the baitfish being used and how the fishing is being done, such as from shore or boat. For example a rig for a foot long bunker hooked for a 50 pound or greater striper is different than the rig needed for a live killie seeking a fluke. What are you fishing for and where are you, and how are you fishing. Sometimes a little change makes all the difference.
