I am selling my Whaler. It is 27'4" with the Whalerdrive. Powered by twin 1992 Yamaha 200HP engines. The engines are counter rotating. The boat has a full transom with a live well and pressure sink. Moving forward there is. Hardtop with full enclosure. There is also a cockpit mooring cover. The boat has original electronics ,radar, fish finder, chart plotter, and autopilot. In the cabin there is another sink ,full berth with filler, table, and porta potti under the starboard bunk. A 2005 trailer is included. Trailer has only been used to launch and retrieve the boat in the spring and fall. The engines hours are unknown as the previous owner wasn't sure. I have averaged less than fifty hours per season since buying the boat five years ago. My mechanic has kept the engines in fine running form, but has told me I will either need a rebuild or new engines in a couple of years. I will put up pictures when I can figure out how to do it. A google search of 1992 Whaler brings up the pics of this boat on he other boat site. I am asking $24,000 firm.

Sell Your Personal Boat or Marine Item Using The Trading Dock - FREE!
Growing by leaps and bounds each week, ReelBoating is a very effective online method to use when selling your boat or boating & fishing gear.
Currently it is FREE to list your personal boating and fishing items for sale on the Trading Dock. Eventually this will be a fee based area.
How To Post:
- Go to the Trading Dock Forum where you would like to post and click the "New Topic" button. You are now ready to create your ad.
- Type in your ad subject and a detailed description of the item you wish to sell. Be sure to include your contact information.
The internal ReelBoating Private Messaging feature is a great way to communicate with potential buyers.
- Before you submit your ad you may wish to attach a photo of your item you have stored on your computer. To do this simply find a file on your computer using the BROWSE button, then click UPLOAD. The maximum file size you can upload is listed in the upload window.
If you do not wish to include an image simply click Submit after typing your ad. You may also use HTML to link to your image if you are hosting it off-site.
- Review your ad and correct any errors if necessary. You may also make unlimited revisions and corrections to the body of your ad by using the "Edit" button located at the bottom right of your post.</li></ul>
Here are the Basic Rules for posting your ad in the Trading Dock:
Personal items only in the Individual Classifieds.
BROKERS - For the time being I will allow a limited amount of broker listings.
Just please be respectful of the others using the classifieds and do not treat the forum as your online marketplace.
- Multiple listings of similar items (rods, reels, parts etc) will be considered a business listing and not allowed in individual classifieds.
- Please limit your ads to one per week.
- Trading Dock Ads will run approximately 3 months before they are deleted or frozen. If you do not sell your item within 4 months you will need to place another ad.
- "Bumping". The technique of replying to a thread simply to bring it back to the top will not be tolerated. The process known as "bumping" or BTT or TTT posts (especially when replying to your own thread) if done on a consistant basis may result in your thread being frozen completely. It is an unfair practice to others that post in the classified for you to bring your ad continually to the top - or have someone else do it for you.
Making Replies to a For Sale Post:
- Please limit replies to For Sale posts to questions about the item being sold.
- The person posting their ad is doing so to sell their item and not necessarily to get into discussions regarding their asking price or to open discussions for comparisons of their item to other items.
- Sellers are not obligated to answer or reply to questions about their product publicly.
- Off topic replies and those of the nature above will be deleted and the poster warned.
Thank you for using ReelBoating.com

Well, I just got back from the show at FORT LAUDERDALE. I sea trialed the CABO 36. The boat had C-7's with ZF pod drives (new system from ZF). The boat had a marlin tower, the only way to go in a boat of this size in my opinion. The tower was gorgeous. The poles ran inside the cabin instead of in the outside, it was a new design. Easy to get up and down and the boat did not rock up there. Much to my surprise the boat ran as flat as you can expect, short of a bullet center console. Much of that in my opinion was due to the pods. I do not believe that the shafts would make the bow go that much more higher. I was very satisfied with the boat. I tested the boat on Monday and the seas were 4 to 5. Ideal nasty sea to try the boat. I felt the boat very light, perhaps due to the fact that it had 1/2 tank of diesel and of course no fishing gear. We were 6 people in it. I also felt that the C-7's were very powerful. The acceleration was very quick. The boat was very responsive due to the pods. It was like riding a big center console. I wonder how much the boat would loose in terms of efficiency with regular shafts. Could not get an answer from the ZF or Cabo people there. Here are some pictures, not good ones, but at least some pictures. Quality was outstanding. The boat did NOT pound and we DID NOT get wet. I tried the sucker in all directions at different speeds. Only down side was the price, for a boat this size.

i have a seaway 17 center console. i think the boat is a 1985. it has a 2004 Suzuki df 60 with less than 100 hours. the boat is in good condition and is rigged for fishing. it has plenty of rod holders. fish/ depth finder, floor drains, trailer, canvas bimini top. im trying to get close to 5000 for it. if anyone could tell me if i am in the ball park for asking price it would be greatly appreciated. right now i am just trying to get an idea for asking price.

2002 Maycraft 1900 CC. 2002 Evinrude 115 DI. 720 +/- total hours. Excellent condition. Manahawkin, NJ. $11,000 OBO.
Meticulously maintained, engine fires up first time every time. Runs quiet, smooth and absolutely no smoke or smell. Bottom was stripped this winter and painted with 4 coats of Pettit epoxy primer and 4-6 coats of Pettit vivid white. Result is very smooth bright white painted bottom. Hull was professionally polished at that time and hull shines very nicely.
Boat and motor has about 720 total hours, Evinrude tech went through the engine and everything looks perfect. The print out is from last September @ 690 hours and I have put about 30 hours in fair weather this year. 65% of usage is less than 2500 RPM and almost no time at WOT. Compression test shows all cylinders at 125 PSI. Engine is always rinsed after every use with fresh water and only used XD-50 oil. New plugs indexed and water separator this year. New impeller last year.
Great riding hull, gets on plane quick, cruises at 24-26 mph around 3,500 with 2 adults and 2 children w/light load. Its sweet spot is 4,000 around 29 mph and WOT is about 34 at 5,100. I don’t know fuel numbers, but I can only say it absolutely SIPS gas. I normally run an entire morning or afternoon in the bay on a few gallons of gas.
New Garmin 431s installed this year.
New ipod amp and speakers installed in the top, sounds great.
Anchor with rhode, not sure of length.
Icom VHF radio
Flares and extinguisher
T-top bag with PFD’s
14 Rod holders
Live will with macerator and raw water washdown.
LED cockpit lighting installed in the T-top
Flip back cooler seat, I also have the original leaning post with rod holders included as well.
68 gal fuel tank
Console and forward seat cover as shown in the first pic.
See http://www.may-craft.../pdf/1900cc.pdf for all the standard features.
Single axle venture trailer highway ready bearings packed last fall.
Boat is in water in Manahawkin, NJ ready for trial. More info please call Damon at 201 370 1254.

18' Bass boat
2008 90 H/P Yamaha 2 stroke motor in excellent condition
Minn Kota Edge 55# thrust trolling motor (12vlt)
Garmin 95 fish/depth finder on the bow
Hummingbird Matrix 67 fish/depth/GPS finder on the console
2 fishing seats with pedestals
Transom live well with divider
20 gal fuel tank
Built in Ice chest under passenger seat
2 large storage compartments and one rod storage compartment on bow
Bimini top with zip up cover
The only problem with the boat is 2 of the seats are starting to come apart at the seams. Other than that the boat is in great condition, has been well maintained and kept under the cover that came with the boat. The motor is in excellent condition, it looks brand new under the hood. The NADA value of the boat is $13,000. I am asking $12,000 due to the wear on the seats.
