For sale is a 1998 165 Whitecap by Palm Beach. It is a 16.5ft long fishing boat with a 90 hp Evinrude motor. The boat is in great and cleaned condition. The motor runs good with no issues. Comes with the trailer as well. The boat has been owned by a auto garage owner and a fishing enthusiast who knows how to maintain it well.
