    If you don't get the answer here, call the Yamaha support center at 866-895-1626. They have been pretty helpful in the past. Do you have the 704 binnacle manual? That might help as well.

    I've had similar thoughts but for me, I choose to focus on a career I can be happy with, which allows me to afford my passion for boating. Not sure what comp you are seeking but an MBA marketing guy sounds like 6 figures+. Can you make that breaking in to the marine industry or have a line of sight to do so in the next "x" years? If not, I would go maximize my earning potential with a good job, negotiate a balanced amount of leisure time and then enjoy the heck out of boating as a hobby. Only shortcut I see is a strong internal network and somebody willing to give you a chance.

    Hey Wiley - I can't get the video to go. I get a black video screen but the white play button in the middle is dead and so is the small black one in the bottom left corner. Regardless . . . I saw these motors on Thursday. They look extremely cool and wish I could have heard them running. Heard a bunch of people around the edges say they weigh a ton and get extremely poor GPH but not sure what would make them experts. The cool factor and HP are off the charts, though.

    I snapped this photo a couple of years ago on an early sword run about 15 miles off FLL. Anybody know what type this one is? I was pretty much out of sight of land and feeling pretty inferior to this guy. I chose not to approach . . .
