    You need to look at a lot of things, is it green built, is is screwed and bonded or nailed. Hurricane construction, low maintance. Many preengineered buildings are far superior to stick built and have lower utility cost ,less painting,better insulation and windows.

    Merc and Yamy have been in joint ventures for many years long before this model came out. Nothing new for either company.
