I'm thinking of going for my captains lic. Mainly for center console somewhere in the six person or less range. What is required in a step by step type process?

Nice Hoo's, had a 100lb+ hoo do a float by last yr got me fired up bout trying to snag one. What are the basics, baits, lines, rigging, speeds...etc?

Chris, I got a single outboard. Which has the most affect when running on plain, 1 double long center of trans or 2 singles each side of the outboard?

I have to shy away from bleach. My colors are are off white/tan. I've tried bleach in an unnoticable area and it didn't do anything. May just have to live with it. Thanks!

Can ANYBODY explain how they determine the quota has been caught on ANY of the reef fish? I've ran out of Panama City, Fl for 20yrs. and not once has anyone ever asked how many snapper, grouper, etc.. we have caught. We have been checked on how many for that day, but he was doing his job. Seems an arbitrary number has been set and we just have to get inline. From what we and everyone else that wets a hook see is yea the snapper are larger and growing in numbers. Thats great, but the quotas and catches don't make common sense.
