I have a 1997 Four Winns horizon GZ with 115 evinrude, I turn key on and volt guage drops from 15 volts to 11, doesn't make a sound! Batteries are charged and I can jump the solenoid over to make crank, but does nothing with the key in start position, ANY HELP???
