We are trying to improve our service department and would love to get some feedback on what you like to see when you get your boat serviced. We deal mostly in re-manufactured outboards but also repairs. What is the best part of dealing with the service department? What is the worst? What would you like to see being implemented that isn't? Thank you all in advance!
