My neighbor is a stupidass. He allows his monkey to smoke cigs. I warned him of the dangers of smoking. He told me to mind my own. Im tired of cig butts being flicked on me when Im picking up oppossum poop in my yard. I dont belong to a HOA. what should I do?

You could always call the ASPCA, or whatever you have locally to look after animals. I would think letting the monkey smoke would be a hazard to the monkey's health

Call the ASPCA, Pound, Humane Society, whatever your local animal shelter is, report him, as I said above, cigs have to be harmful to the animal.

Have you ever seen a smoking monkey swinging from limb to limb? Its hard to draw a bead on a monkey that moves that fast. Now the monkey is slingin his shit on me. All of the organizations I call think its a prank. They hang up on me. Smoking is a bad habit. That monkey has turned into an animal. Now he's beating up on cats.
